Ms. Gibson is a member of the Women in Pensions Network (WiPN) and the SouthWest Benefits Association (SWBA) for whom she has been a conference panelist.  She has published in the Houston Business Journal on the topics of retirement plans and retirement plan distributions.  During her career, Ms. Gibson has completed the University of Pennsylvania The Wharton School three-year Securities Industry Institute program and earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College of Financial Planning.
