East Granby, CT - James Kelley, President Strategic Benefit Services has joined the Retirement Advisor Council effective January 1, 2018.
James Kelley is the president of Strategic Benefit Services. In this position, Kelley sets firm policy and directs all activities and services for Strategic Benefit Services. His responsibilities include oversight of all operations, customer service and personnel for retirement plan services, employee benefits and all other Advisory Services. With more than 25 years’ experience in the retirement industry, Kelley has been focused on providing insights and expertise to healthcare and not-for-profit industries..
An acknowledged expert in retirement plans, Kelley is an in-demand speaker at industry events. His thought leadership is widely recognized. Kelley was nominated for a seat on the Retirement Advisor Council in 2017. The Nomination Committee recommended his application for Council membership after a comprehensive review process that took multiple factors into consideration including his extensive industry experience and standing as a leading retirement plan expert.

The Retirement Advisor Council is a national organization that advocates for successful qualified plan and participant retirement outcomes through the collaborative efforts of experienced, qualified retirement plan advisors, investment managers and defined contribution plan service providers.
