Jason is the Managing Partner at Integrated Pension Advisors (IPA), and the CEO/CRO of Integrated Pension Services. He is primarily responsible for setting the vision and priorities of the firm, driving Top Line revenue from all sources, leading the firm’s distribution strategy, and managing team members. Jason has been in the retirement industry for over 30 years.  Integrated Pension Advisors was named in 2025 to the “Top DC Advisor Team” list by the National Association of Plan Advisors.  Together with his partners, Will Hackler and Brittney Santos, the firm provides services to hundreds of retirement plan clients and has a simple goal, to make every retirement plan they touch, better.  Jason is a professional speaker, an occasional author, and a current Leadership Council member at ASPPA. He graduated from Rutgers University with Honors in 1995.  He is a Retirement Plan Consultant and Investment Advisor Representative with Integrated Financial Partners.
