Utilizing his expertise and a nationally-recognized proven process, Mr. Wylam and his team help clients in the areas of fiduciary guidance and support, plan design, participant engagement, plan benchmarking, and investment monitoring. Prior to Shepherd Financial, Mr. Wylam spent 27 years with Capital Analysts of the Midwest providing independent, unbiased and objective advice to corporate retirement plans and select individual clients. He has acquired the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Adviser (CPFA) designations. A frequent speaker at industry meetings, Mr. Wylam has been quoted or published in the Journal of Financial Planning, Plan Advisor, and the Indianapolis Business Journal.
