Mr. Harbour is a Senior Vice President, Institutional Consultant with Morgan Stanley Graystone Consulting in Atlanta, GA. He and his team work on supporting corporations with benefit programs and help executives with financial planning and portfolio management. He co-founded the team more than 20 years ago to focus on institutional business in the corporate, government, and foundations/ endowments segments. In that time, they have developed resources that allow them to offer vendor-neutral solutions to their clients.
