The Retirement Advisor Council is a program of EACH Enterprise, and a d.b.a. of EACH Enterprise. EACH Enterprise is a single-member LLC headquartered in East Windsor, CT owned and operated by Mr. Eric Henon, manager and president.
EACH Enterprise is entirely dedicated to the institutional retirement plans and HCM/payroll market. Eric Henon, MBA EM Lyon founded the company in 2007 to help retirement plan service providers establish and maintain a clear position in target markets with coordinated initiatives involving research, thought leadership, reporting, news release, social media, advertising, public speaking, meeting planning, and campaign management services. Every year, EACH Enterprise conducts several studies of the retirement plans market, documenting plan sponsor practices in each market segment. EACH Enterprise is also renowned for organizing outstanding roundtables of Retirement Plan and HCM/Payroll professionals who share the same position across companies (Client Relationship, Participant Well-Being, New Business Implementation & Conversion, Payroll Integration, Account Management, etc.)
EACH Enterprise manages several industry groups, most notably:
- The Retirement Advisor Council, an organization advocates for successful qualified plan and participant retirement outcomes through the collaborative efforts of experienced, qualified retirement plan advisors, investment firms and asset managers, and defined contribution plan service providers.
- The Coalition for Payroll Excellence, an organization that sustains the dialogue between HCM / Payroll software firms, payroll processors, bundled payroll service providers, and retirement plan service provider.
Prior to founding EACH Enterprise, Mr. Henon served as Vice President of Marketing at Diversified Investment Advisors (now Transamerica). In this position, Mr. Henon had responsibility for strategy, research and the company's IRA business. As Assistant Vice President in the consulting practice of LIMRA International, he advised retirement providers regarding all aspects of the marketing and sales process, and directed the organization's proprietary and syndicated research team. Eric Henon holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Connecticut and EM Lyon (France.)
