As an independent retirement and fiduciary advisor, Deana has specialized expertise in identifying and mitigating employer fiduciary risk, impactful financial wellness programs, investments, outsourcing solutions and mergers and acquisitions consulting. She is dedicated to helping employers provide personalized, inclusive benefits so employees can build financial security and improve their well-being for themselves and their families Throughout her 30+ year career, she has been a change agent and held leadership roles with several of the nation’s leading retirement, benefits consulting and service providers. She is a fierce advocate for her clients that have included Fortune 1000 firms, privately held, nonprofit and public sector organizations.
Deana was recognized as a 2023 PlanAdvisor Top Retirement Plan Advisor and a 2022 NAPA Top Women Advisor Captain. She gives back to the community as a volunteer for the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Retirement Advisor Council Financial Literacy Committee. She serves as the co-chair of WIPN (WE Inspire Promote Network) Philadelphia, and a board director of The Forum of Executive Women, a membership organization of women holding the senior-most positions in the Greater Philadelphia region. A graduate of Duke University, Deana holds the Certified Plan Financial Advisor, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations and holds FINRA 65, 7 and 63 licenses.
