EACH Enterprise is thrilled to announce that Founder and President Eric Henon received the VISION AWARD on May 15, 2025, in New York City.
This prestigious award, presented by PLANADVISER, recognizes industry leaders who have significantly impacted retirement saving and financial security for U.S. workers and retirees. Henon founded the Retirement Advisor Council in 2009, which emerged from the EACH Roundtable programs. The Council aims to encourage productive dialogue between client services and trusted plan advisers, focusing on creating a better retirement system for all Americans.
“The Retirement Advisor Council grew out of EACH Enterprise Roundtable, which aims to foster collaboration between client services and trusted plan advisors,” Henon explained. ”Our mission and purpose was and still is to engage key, influential advisors and other industry stakeholders to support the retirement system-, ultimately improving outcomes for plan sponsors and participants. Receiving the VISION AWARD is both an honor and deeply meaningful.”

Formed in 2009, the Retirement Advisor Council is a national organization that advocates for successful qualified plan and participant retirement outcomes through the collaborative efforts of experienced, qualified retirement plan advisors, investment managers and defined contribution plan service providers.
