Paul D’Aiutolo is a senior Retirement Plan Consultant with The D’Aiutolo Institutional Consulting Team, providing a comprehensive service model to clients that includes fiduciary governance consulting, investment consulting, participant education, plan design, vendor search services, fee management analysis and participant retirement income counseling.
Throughout his 21-year career, Mr. D’Aiutolo has designed participant education programs that have demonstrated improvement in plan metrics, particularly increased participant deferral rates. He proactively advocates within the retirement community for building programs that help participants achieve their lifetime income goals. Additionally, Mr. D’Aiutolo serves on the leadership committee of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
